Connect War® Limited Warranty Policy
Coverage
BK Enterprises LLC (“YipYam Games”) warrants the Connect War® — Classic wooden grid against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase, provided the product has been properly registered and used under normal conditions.
Registration Requirement
Warranty coverage is valid only when the product is registered within 30 days of purchase using the registration form on this page.
What Is Covered
• Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
• Structural issues not caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care
What Is Not Covered
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, modification, or abuse
• Exposure to rain, moisture, or prolonged outdoor storage
• Accidental damage
• Commercial, rental, or institutional use without prior written approval
Care of the Wooden Fortress
Connect War — Classic is crafted from real wood and is intended for indoor use or temporary outdoor play only.
The wooden grid must never be:
• Left outdoors
• Exposed to rain or moisture
• Stored in damp environments
Failure to follow proper care rites may void warranty coverage.
Resolution
If a valid warranty claim is approved, YipYam Games may, at its discretion:
• Repair the product
• Replace the product or affected component
• Provide an alternative remedy deemed appropriate
Replacement is preferred over refunds where applicable.
Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase may be required.
