Returns Overview

We want every YipYam Games® purchase to become a lasting tradition. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — while also ensuring our policies remain fair to both our customers and our craftsmen.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in new, like-new condition

  • Items must be returned with all original components, packaging, and inserts

Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be:

  • Subject to a restocking fee, or

  • Declined at our discretion


Non-Returnable Orders

The following purchases are not eligible for standard returns:

  • Bulk orders

  • Group, organization, or event orders

  • Custom or special-order purchases (if applicable)

These orders are subject to:

  • A minimum 15% restocking fee

  • Customer-paid return shipping

  • Additional restocking fees if items are returned in anything other than new condition


Restocking Fees

If a returned item shows signs of use, wear, damage, missing components, or improper packaging, additional restocking fees may apply at our discretion.

We reserve the right to assess returned items upon receipt before issuing any refund or replacement.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are refundable only in cases of confirmed damage or defect


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@yipyam.com within 7 days of delivery.

In these cases:

  • We will work with you to provide a replacement whenever possible

  • Return shipping and original shipping charges may be covered at our discretion


Replacements vs. Refunds

When an issue arises, our preference is to provide a replacement whenever possible.

Refunds may be issued if a replacement is not available or appropriate.


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund


Warranty vs. Returns

Returns are separate from warranty claims.

  • Returns are subject to the terms outlined above

  • Warranty coverage is governed by our Two-Year Grid Warranty and applies to qualifying manufacturing defects, not general wear, misuse, or improper care


U.S. Orders Only

At this time, YipYam Games® ships within the United States only. All return policies apply to U.S. orders.


Final Authority

BK Enterprises LLC reserves the right to:

  • Determine the condition of returned items

  • Apply restocking fees where appropriate

  • Approve or deny returns that fall outside standard policy guidelines
