These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If arbitration is not applicable, any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Holmes County, or Ashland County, Ohio, at our election.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
